I have unique experience across five different Fortune 500's, designing and deploying programs across the entire talent lifecycle, from talent attraction and acquisition, to learning and growth, through to engagement and culture. I’ve always been drawn to the creative process involved in program design and to coming alongside people to help them grow and develop.
